ReplyDeleteSocial media brings new methods of communication as each tool (I.e.Whatsapp and YouTube) has it's own way of communicating knowledge. Integrating social media in the classroom has positive and negative effects. Positive effects using social media doesn't only builds students collaboration skills but provides them with opportunities to communication knowledge to various audiences. Enhanced communication. Negative effects encompass distraction,cyberbullying and misinformation that can lead to misconception.
ReplyDeleteSocial media plays a very crucial role in education both positively and negatively..it made our work so much easier because if I have questions I will not stick around waiting my my lecturer to answer there are various platforms that help answer questions making learning process easier but let’s not forget that some students use social media for bad use either watching pornographic and spending a lot of time on platforms like instagrams just to keep Up with the latest trends
